She provides a sacred space for others to explore new ways of being and demonstrates for clients how cultivating small, simple shifts in perspective can yield significant, lasting results. She also oversees operations, sustainability and customer care at Destiny Training Systems.

Dallyce is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has also studied, practiced and facilitated mindfulness and meditation processes for many years. Her clients love her simple, accessible and enjoyable approach to conscious exploration through direct experience.

Prior to Destiny Training Systems, in 1999, she had an opportunity to work for the virtual tour pioneer Bamboo.com. Bamboo.com grew from a tiny start-up to a 1,500 person market leader in 14 months, completed a highly successful NASDAQ IPO in only 9 months, and finally merged with Internet Pictures Corporation (ipix). In 1993, Dallyce co-founded an internationally recognized hospitality industry training company based out of Canada called BarSmart, Inc. and has been featured in newspapers, radio and television programs across the country.
